Abstract

目的:间充质干细胞因其拥有的免疫抑制能力和低抗原表达的特性使其在移植免疫领域拥有较强的研究和应用价值。NF-κB信号通路与间充质干细胞的免疫调节特性相关并且Rap1蛋白是NF-κB信号通路中的重要调控蛋白,因此Rap1基因敲除会对NF-κB信号通路的活化产生影响。我们通过Rap1基因敲除小鼠骨髓间充质干细胞与其同种同系野生型小鼠间充质干细胞的比较,研究Rap1/NF-κB信号通路在干细胞移植免疫排斥反应中的作用机制。 实验方法与结果:我们分别从Rap1基因敲除小鼠及其同种同系野生型小鼠骨髓中提取出骨髓间充质干细胞,并对其进行相关的鉴定分析。利用体外混合淋巴细胞反应实验对两种间充质干细胞的体外...Background Mesenchymal stem cells have the great application prospect in the field of transplantation immunity with their property of low immunogenicity and immunosuppression.
