摘要 如何找到拔尖创新人才培养的突破点一直是各个高校关注的热点和难点问题。面对这一问题，根据我国经济社会发展实践客观需求，传统的研究手段和视角逐渐显示出一定的局限性。遵循市场经济和高等教育发展规律，对这一问题的研究，有必要以经济社会发展、拔尖创新人才发展，以及大学自身发展为出发点，通过“制度环境”这一新的视角对高校拔尖创新人才培养活动进行解读和分析。 研究从四个方面展开：首先，通过对纵向历史事实的考察，回顾拔尖创新人才培养的历史，探寻其社会存在基础。其次，从正式制度和非正式制度两个层面，研究制度环境理论与高校拔尖创新人才培养活动的契合基础。再次，在国内高校访谈调查和域外实地调查基础上，归纳...Abstracts How to find the breakthrough point of outstanding innovative talents education have been a hot issue in universities.
