水是人类生存之本，是经济发展和社会进步的生命线，是实现可持续发展的重要物质基础，水资源的可持续利用直接关系到城市的可持续发展。随着经济发展和城市化进程的加快，水资源供需矛盾日益突出，水污染加剧，许多城市己陷入水资源短缺的困境。当务之急是对城市水资源可持续利用程度进行分析评价，从而找出制约城市水资源可持续利用的因素，以促进城市水资源的可持续利用，保障城市社会经济的可持续发展。 本文在建立城市水资源可持续利用指标体系的基础上，采用层次分析法和综合指数法对厦门市2001~2007年水资源利用水平进行综合评价，并针对厦门市水资源可持续利用中存在的问题提出对策与建议。论文主要内容如下： （1）水资源...Water is the base of human's living, the lifeline of economic development and social progress, and the important material base of realizing sustainable development.
