Studies on the interaction of medusa blooms and microplankton in coastal waters

Abstract

水母暴发是当今严峻的生态灾害,已对生态系统造成一定的负面影响,然而其发生机理和生态环境效应尚不清楚。本文采用实验生态和现场跟踪调查等手段研究了浮游植物对海月水母(Aureliasp.1)不同生活史阶段(水螅体和碟状幼体)的行为和生长的影响,探讨了九龙江河口和厦门南湖公园以弗洲指突水母(Blackfordiavirginica)为优势种的小型水母暴发机制及生态效应;此外,通过培养实验研究了弗洲指突水母暴发对细菌代谢特征的影响,进而探讨了其对九龙江河口区碳流的影响。取得了如下主要结果: 1. 浮游植物对海月水母不同生活史阶段(水螅体和碟状幼体)行为和生长的影响 通过室内实验分析了不同浮游植物对...The burst of medusa can do harm to the health of aquatic ecosystem and become a serious environment problem, however, the underlying mechanism for their blooms is still unclear.
