根据拟穴青蟹卵巢发育的形态学及卵巢内部组织学的特点,将雌性青蟹的卵巢发育分为六个时期:卵巢Ⅰ期,为未交配的雌蟹;交配后,根据卵黄发生情况将青蟹卵巢发育分为Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ期,产卵后的卵巢为Ⅵ期。其中卵巢Ⅰ,卵原细胞大量增殖;卵巢Ⅱ期,滤泡细胞大而圆,卵原细胞转化成卵母细胞,为卵黄发生前期;卵巢Ⅲ期时,滤泡细胞开始变得扁平,卵母细胞开始出现卵黄颗粒,为卵黄发生Ⅰ期;卵巢Ⅳ期,滤泡细胞狭长,在晚期阶段卵黄积累近结束,为卵黄发生Ⅱ期;卵巢Ⅴ期时,滤泡细胞变成膜状,与卵子成熟有关。在卵巢发育尤其卵黄发生过程中卵母细胞直径和卵巢指数显著增大,而肝胰腺指数则显著减小,暗示着肝胰腺向卵巢的物质转移,很有可能是...Ovarian development in adult Scylla paramamosain was determined based on gross morphology and histological appearance.
