The effect of B(a)P on DNA strand break and DNA repair mechanism in Sebastiscus marmoratus liver cells

Abstract

多环芳烃(PolycyclicAromaticHydrocarbons,PAHs)是海洋环境中最常见、危害最为严重的有机污染物之一。苯并(a)芘[benzo(a)pyrene,B(a)P]是典型的多环芳烃,也是其中致癌性最强的种类。本文以海洋鱼类褐菖鲉(Sebastiscusmarmoratus)为实验动物,苯并芘[B(a)P]为污染物,应用生态毒理学方法按照0.05mg/kg(低浓度组)、0.50mg/kg(中浓度组)、5.00mg/kg(高浓度组)的浓度梯度进行注射染毒,并隔天持续注射,经1、4、7d后,分别取样利用荧光光密度法对鱼胆汁内苯并芘及其代谢产物的蓄积量进行测定;在利用单细胞凝胶...Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), as the most common toxic organic pollutants in ocean, do great harm to marine organisms.
