细胞因子诱导的杀伤细胞（Cytokine-inducedKillerCell，CIK）是人外周血单个核细胞(PBMCs)经细胞因子诱导成的具有肿瘤杀伤能力的一群异质细胞。目前，CIK细胞被认为是肿瘤过继免疫细胞治疗的首选细胞，但CIK细胞对肿瘤细胞并不是特异性杀伤，其抗肿瘤效果还有待进一步提高。双特异抗体通过“抗原－抗体”的形式特异性地联结CIK细胞和靶细胞，增强了CIK细胞杀伤肿瘤细胞的靶向性和特异性，大大提高了CIK细胞对肿瘤细胞的杀伤活性。本文的目的在于建立双特异抗体anti-CD3xanti-AFP介导CIK细胞对AFP阳性肝癌细胞的特异杀伤。 利用anti-CD3联合细胞因子IL-...Cytokine-induced killer cell（CIK）is a group of heterogenous cells induced by cytokines from human peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMCs), which have an anti-tumor activity.
