墨旱莲（EcliptaprostrataLinn）作为中药，在我国应用历史悠久。本研究采用HPD-450型大孔树脂富集的墨旱莲不同浓度乙醇洗脱部位对高脂血症动物降血脂及肝脏保护的作用。在HPD-450型大孔树脂富集得到墨旱莲不同浓度乙醇洗脱部位的基础上，通过活性部位筛选：KM小鼠腹腔注射TritonWR-1339建立急性高脂血症，同时灌胃不同浓度乙醇洗脱部位（800mg/kg），12h及20h后取血测定TC、TG、LDL-C及HDL-C，筛选出活性部位—70%乙醇洗脱部位，而后采用HPLC建立质量评价标准。70%乙醇洗脱部位药效验证：叙利亚金黄地鼠随机分为7组：正常对照组、高脂模型组、血脂康组...Eclipta prostrata Linn, as a traditional Chinese medicine, has a long history in treating diseases.
