本实验应用细胞组织化学和透射电镜技术,对杜鹃花药发育中营养物质的代谢积累特点和超微结构特征分别进行研究,主要实验结果如下: 1.营养物质的代谢变化 杜鹃花药发育中营养物质分布规律如下:在造孢细胞时期,绒毡层细胞和初生造孢细胞中都有多糖颗粒。在形成胼胝质壁的小孢子母细胞质中只含有少量脂滴,在绒毡层细胞质中分布较多的多糖颗粒。四分体时期,绒毡层细胞的多糖颗粒明显增多,四分体小孢子中只含有少量的脂滴。到小孢子早期,绒毡层细胞和小孢子中都只存在很少量脂滴,发育到小孢子晚期,即单核靠边期,绒毡层细胞开始退化。在二胞花粉早期,药室内壁细胞质中积累了很多多糖颗粒,花粉粒细胞质中分布很多多糖颗粒和脂滴。成...At present , the ultrustructural features of developing anthers of Rhododendron were studied using transmission electron microscope technique.
