Abstract

海洋微型蓝细菌(picocyanobacteria)是海洋中最重要的初级生产者之一。原绿球藻(Prochlorococcus)和聚球藻(Synechococcus)是海洋微型蓝细菌最重要的两个类群。它们具有很高的遗传多样性,各自的基因型(genotype)对海洋环境的适应而产生多样化,形成了一系列生态型(ecotype)。原绿球藻依据对光照强度的适应分为高光适应型(high-lightadaptedecotypes)与低光适应型(low-lightadaptedecotypes)两大类,两者又分别包括一些低一级的生态型。聚球藻同样也拥有近20个已知的基因型,其中I-IV型在海洋环境中丰度最高。...Picocyanobacteria of genera Prochlorococcus and Synechococcus are among the most important primary producers in the ocean.
