The Design and Study of the Automatic Silver Paper Machine

Abstract

随着国民经济的高速发展,锡箔的用途日益广泛,需求量也迅速增长,高质量、大规格的锡箔产品在我国具有广阔的市场前景。然而,目前我国锡箔的生产方式主要为手工敲制,既污染环境又危害群众的生命健康,亟待改善。本课题正是基于人身安全和环保的思路,同时为了提高锡箔的质量和生产效率,设计了一种全新的锡箔自动化加工方案。该方案中,锡箔成型的过程为:固态锡—液态锡—固态锡箔—一定尺寸规格的锡箔。根据流体力学的伯努利方程,通过控制液态锡的流动速度来控制锡箔的厚度。本课题设计的锡箔机模型,经济、实用,控制系统简单,为最终设计、制造出具有市场前景的锡箔自动化加工设备打下了良好的基础。本论文的主要研究工作:1.综合研究了...With the rapidly developing of the national economy, the application of silver paper is increasingly widespread, and the demand is also rapidly growing.
