Dynamics of Phytoplankton Community Structure in the East China Sea using Generalized Additive Mixed Models

Abstract

本研究以东海2006~2012年11个航次的浮游植物类群组成数据,结合相应环境参数,将广义加性混合模型(GeneralizedAdditiveMixedModels,GAMMs)应用于模拟东海浮游植物类群组成对环境因子的响应动态。根据GAMMs的特点,将采样站位作为随机效应,以采样季节、总叶绿素a、温度和盐度为固定效应,充分考虑固定效应之间的交互作用,突出允许残差异质性在模型优化中的重要性,取得以下主要结果: 相对于其它模型,GAMMs的优势主要在于将站位作为随机效应能体现站位间的变化,使模型结果推广到总体的变化,并具实际意义,其模型效果仅稍弱于固定效应模型。另外,应用GAMMs不考虑异质性...Using phytoplankton datasets collected from 11 cruises during 2006 and 2012 in the East China Sea (ECS), Generalized Additive Mixed Models (GAMMs) were applied to simulate the responses of phytoplankton composition to environmental factors.
