以往对腐败问题的研究,不同的学科采用不同的方法进行研究，很多专家学者多是从政治学和经济学的角度,分析探讨影响腐败和改革中的种种相关因素,并据此提出种种解决的办法.本文通过运用博弈论的纳什讨价还价博弈等相关原理,先在参与人为政府官员和企业经理之间进行了有贿赂和无贿赂时双方博弈的情况，揭示了在理性条件下治理腐败和促进国企改革的最佳的政策和策略组合,再在企业经理和政府官员之间加入委托人与之进行三方博弈分析,确定了委托人的最佳的监督概率和抑制腐败的策略;本文的研究成果,将为抑制腐败，促进国企改革的相关措施提供有益的参考和借鉴,并可为决策机关制订科学合理的改革制度和反腐败策略提供重要的理论依据全文共分六...Abstract Conventionally, corruption was researched mainly from the angel of politics and economics.
