Distribution of nutrients in the Pearl River estuary and the northern South China Sea

Abstract

摘要本论文采用Tri‐223三同步自动分析仪系统作为检测营养盐的方法,并对其方法的可靠性、准确性作了深入的探讨。研究结果表明Tri‐223三同步自动分析仪系统对营养盐混合测定相互影响小,离子强度作用不敏感,精密度高,稳定时间快。同时也通过国标法与本实验方法的比较以及参加国际营养盐参考物质的比对实验,再次验证本法的确是一套可靠准确的检测营养盐实验方法。具有操作简单,方便、快速、准确的特色,且适用于海上作业等调查的需要。基于上述分析方法和大量的现场工作,本论文研究了南海北部及珠江口水域春、夏、秋三个季节的营养盐浓度水平、分布状况及其影响因子。珠江河口区域水体营养盐的含量普遍较高,在调查的三个季节中...AbstractThe distribution and affecting factors of nutrients in the northern SouthChina Sea (SCS) and the Pearl River estuary were investisated during spring,summer and fall.High concentrations of nutrients were found in the Pearl River estuary,especially during the fall season.
