光纤激光器技术是光电子学领域最为重要的技术之一，在光纤传感、光纤通信、工业加工等领域都有着重要的应用。本文主要研究了以石墨烯作为饱和吸收体的被动调Q和被动锁模光纤激光器技术。 首先简单介绍了光纤激光器的发展历史和脉冲光纤激光器的种类，总结了几种典型光纤脉冲激光器的研究进展和发展趋势。 然后以调Q技术和锁模技术的理论为基础，应用激光器的速率方程理论，对石墨烯作为可饱和吸收体的调Q光纤激光器进行了数值理论分析。同时从实验方面对基于石墨烯饱和吸收体的掺镱调Q光纤激光器进行研究。我们利用石墨烯的可饱和吸收特性和四波混频机制，实现了1μm波段稳定运行的多波长调Q掺镱光纤激光器。调Q脉冲重复频率45K...Fiber laser technology is one of the most important technologies in the field of optoelectronics.
