Toxic Effects of Benzo[a]pyrene(BaP) on the Parameters and Genes Associated with Innate Immune Defense of Pagrus major

Abstract

苯并[a]芘(BaP)在海洋环境中广泛存在,是一种重要的环境污染物,具有免疫毒性和致癌性。高等生物的免疫系统对异源性物质十分敏感,能够对外界环境变化作出迅速的反应。先天性免疫系统是鱼类重要的防御体系,环境污染物对免疫系统的毒性作用直接影响到鱼类的健康与种群繁衍,因而研究污染物对鱼类免疫毒性效应具有重要的科学意义。本项研究选择典型的环境污染物BaP为受试物,以海水重要养殖鱼类真鲷作为实验材料,利用分子生物学、免疫学和毒理学等技术,从基因、蛋白等不同水平对比研究了真鲷胚胎、仔鱼及幼鱼不同发育阶段不同免疫学参数随BaP暴露剂量、时间的动力学变化,并重点探讨了鱼类先天性免疫中重要的免疫因子抗菌肽hep...Benzo[a]pyrene (BaP) exists widely and is therefore an important environmental contaminant, with carcinogenic and immunotoxic properties.
