Study on Treatment of Electronic Industry Cleaning Wastewater by Chemical Oxidation Process

Abstract

电子产品的清洗是电子产品生产过程中的一个重要环节,所产生的废水含有清洗剂,很难被生物降解,其处理工艺目前尚不成熟。 本课题采用Fenton试剂法和高铁酸钾氧化法,对厦门市某电子工业企业所用清洗剂的配制废水进行了化学氧化处理实验,研究了这两种化学氧化法的氧化处理效果和主要影响因素,并探寻了将化学氧化工艺与活性炭吸附、混凝等传统工艺组合处理电子工业清洗废水的可行性。经过实验研究,初步得到以下结论: (1)Fenton试剂氧化法对电子清洗废水的COD有较好的去除效果,pH值、H2O2投加量、H2O2/Fe2+投加比、反应时间、初始废水浓度等因素对处理效果都有显著影响。在pH值为3,H2O2为8m...Cleaning is a very important step in electronic industry.
