Toxicological effects of BaP or Aroclor1254 on the embryos and fries of Pagrus major and Lateolabrax japonicus

Abstract

迄今研究证明,hepcidin的诱导表达与病原菌感染或者铁代谢调节有关,有机污染物是否可以诱导hepcidinmRNA的表达尚未见报道。而鱼类P4501A基因的诱导表达已被作为暴露于持久性有机污染物的早期预警信号。本文以持久性有机污染物的代表BaP和Aroclor1254为受试物,以海水养殖花鲈和真鲷的胚胎和仔鱼为实验材料。观察了不同Aroclor1254浓度、不同时间处理下的胚胎形态学变化。进一步用分子生物学方法研究了与污染物诱导相关P4501A和hepcidin基因的表达变化。实验获得了如下结果: 1、Aroclor1254对花鲈和真鲷的胚胎具有致畸性和神经毒性。观察了不同Aroclor...It is known that the antimicrobial peptide hepcidin gene expression increases in response to iron metabolism, inflammation and bacterial infection, but none has been reported that hepcidin expression could be induced at the exposure of the environmental pollutants.
