香鱼（PlecoglossusaltivelisTemmincketSchlegel）属鲑形目，胡瓜鱼亚目，香鱼科。中国从辽宁省的鸭绿江至广西壮族自治区北仑河等沿海的河溪以及台湾岛在历史上均有香鱼分布的记载。在国外香鱼主要分布于朝鲜和日本。根据生态类型的不同，香鱼可分为洄游型和陆封型。近年来，由于酷捕滥捞、修建水利工程和环境污染等诸多原因，我国珍贵的香鱼资源日趋枯竭，濒临灭绝，因此，加强香鱼的资源保护和修复迫在眉睫。在我国，相关香鱼资源修复的人工苗种培育技术、人工放流技术和人工养殖技术皆有待研究开发，另外，香鱼群体遗传结构等基础性的研究尚为空白。本文研究浙南香鱼资源修复与群体遗传结构，主要内容...Sweetfish or ayu, Plecoglossus altivelis Temminck et Schlegel belongs to Plecoglossus, Plecoglossidae, Osmeroidei and is distributed in the coastal streams and rivers led to the sea in China, Korea and Japan.
