本文利用以太网技术，采用“线速路由器GSR＋路由交换机L3＋多业务接入设备MA”的组网模式，通过分析并解决了路由规划、IP地址分配、业务接入、认证与计费方式、VLAN运用、网络的鲁棒性（Robust）、服务质量（QoS）、网络安全、网络管理等关键问题，建设可运营、可管理的宽带IP城域网。在参与福建东南网络公司龙岩城域网的建设，并总结了利用以太网技术建设城域网经验的基础上，提出福建东南网络公司福州宽带IP城域网建设的完全方案。In this article, we introduce the mode of “GSR+L3+MA” to construct broad-band IP MAN via Ethernet technology.
