Spectroscopic Indication and Phytoremediation of Organic Pollution in Coastal Wetlands

Abstract

许多近海湿地生态系统的有机污染已经成为一个比较严重的环境问题,亟待治理与修复。作为中国东南近海一处典型的高污染海洋浅水湿地,在厦门市筼筜湖开展有机污染生物修复的技术研究及效应评估具有重要的示范意义。本文于2008年4月到2009年5月期间在筼筜湖13个监测站点开展了逐月的连续调查与观测,利用荧光和吸收光谱分析技术对水环境中有机污染的来源及分布变化进行了示踪研究;此外,还通过室内培养实验,初步探讨了浮床植物修复技术对有机污染的修复作用机理。主要研究结果如下: (1)受周边污水输入的影响,2008年春、夏季筼筜湖富营养化程度较严重,氮、磷等营养盐含量都超过四类海水水质标准。从2008年秋季开始,...Aquatic organic pollution has indeed become a significant problem in many coastal wetlands, which is really needed to be restored.
