亚历山大藻（Alexandrium）是一类广泛分布的海洋甲藻，不仅能合成麻痹性贝毒（Paralyticshellfishtoxins，PST），引起海洋生物和人类中毒，还是引起有害藻华（Harmfulalgalblooms，HAB）的主要物种，已对近海生态系统、沿海养殖业、人民健康和生命财产安全构成了严重威胁。 本论文针对当前甲藻蛋白质组学研究领域存在的问题，以Alexandrium为研究对象，引入当前蛋白质组学研究领域最新技术—荧光差异凝胶电泳技术（2D-DIGE），建立了甲藻蛋白质鉴定标准流程，初步构建了甲藻细胞表面蛋白及全细胞蛋白数据库，并运用2D-DIGE技术比较研究了tamaren...Alexandrium is a widely spread dinoflagellate species throughout many regions of the world, many species within this genus can produce paralytic shellfish toxins (PSTs), which have been negatively affecting the aquaculture industries and human health.
