Molecular phylogeny of anemonefishes (Pomacentridae, Amphiprioninae) and early gonad development of Amphiprion clarkii

Abstract

海葵鱼(Anemonefishes)是双锯鱼亚科(Amphiprioninae)种类的统称,属于鲈形目(Perciformes)、雀鲷科(Pomacentridae),因其与海葵共生而得名,目前记录的有30种。 近十几年来,海葵鱼的分子系统发生研究已成为学者们关注的热点,利用mtDNA部分基因的序列对双锯鱼亚科鱼类的分类和系统关系研究也有了初步的成果,但一些新提出的观点还需要更丰富的分子数据来证实。为了进一步了解双锯鱼亚科鱼类的分子系统发生,本研究获取了双锯鱼亚科的6种海葵鱼(海葵双锯鱼、克氏双锯鱼、白条双锯鱼、鞍斑双锯鱼、颈环双锯鱼和棘颊雀鲷)的线粒体基因组,结合GenBank中已有的2种...Anemonefishes of the Subfamily Amphiprioninae (Perciformes: Pomacentridae) are a group of coral reef fishes consisting of 30 valid species, all associated with sea anemones of several genera by living in symbiosis.
