杂色鲍是我国南方沿海海水养殖的重要经济贝类。肠道菌群在宿主生长发 育、新陈代谢等方面起到重要作用。通过开展杂色鲍肠道菌群多样性的研究，旨 在理解肠道菌群与杂色鲍之间相互关系，包括消化食物、病理发生等，对探讨微 生物与海洋无脊椎动物相互关系具有重要意义。 本文通过微生物分离培养鉴定与不依赖培养的微生物分子生态学方法对不 同养殖环境的杂色鲍肠道菌群的多样性进行研究。从两个养鲍场（江口、大嶝） 杂色鲍肠道内共分离到35株细菌，经16SrRNAgene分子鉴定分属于9个属， 分别为Vibrio，Shewanella，Paraferrimonas，Flammeovirga，Persicob...Small abalone, one of the most important commercial culture shellfish in South China, mainly feed with the red macroalgae, Gracilaria.
