Studies on Regionalization and Transcriptome Profiling of Zebrafish (Danio rerio) Intestine by Microarray

Abstract

肠道是研究肿瘤细胞更新、发育和上皮细胞迁移的模型。脊椎动物的模式生物斑马鱼(zebrafish,Daniorerio)肠道的结构及功能与哺乳动物肠道的结构及功能非常相似,并且具有结构简单和发育迅速等特点。虽然斑马鱼已经成为一个新的模式生物,但目前有关硬骨鱼类肠道分区特征的研究很少且较为分散,因此有必要对斑马鱼肠道各段结构及功能的异同进行研究。本论文采用组织学方法、实时荧光定量PCR技术、基因芯片技术、转基因技术以及原位杂交技术对斑马肠道的结构、基因的定量表达、转录谱和特征基因定位等进行了系统研究,并与哺乳动物的消化道进行了结构与功能比对。主要研究结果如下: 1.将斑马鱼肠道从前端到后端分为七...Intestine has been a popular model for study in epithelium migration, renewal and development of cancer.
