Methods of Ecological Impact Assessment for Gulf Reclamation Planning

Abstract

海湾地处于海洋与陆地的过渡区域,具有丰富的生物多样性,是人类最重要的生存环境之一。随着社会经济的迅速发展,自然资源的消耗速度不断加快,围填海成为缓解土地供求矛盾和扩大社会发展空间的有效手段。围填海在带来社会效益和经济效益的同时,也给海湾生态系统和生态环境造成了许多负面的影响,一系列的生态问题日益凸显,如海洋环境质量下降、滨海湿地日益缩减、海岸侵蚀和淤积、珍稀濒危物种灭绝、红树林消失等,使海湾生态系统变得极为脆弱。研究海湾围填海规划生态影响的评价方法,并且将评价结论应用于围填海规划、涉海工程建设等管理决策中,对促进海湾生态环境和自然资源的可持续发展具有重要的现实意义。 本文在分析和总结国内外围...Gulf is located in the transitional area between sea and land.
