Abstract

Hepcidin的一类富含半胱氨酸、性质独特的抗菌肽,在鱼类中分布广泛。本论文以我国海水养殖黑鲷中分离到的2个hepcidin基因变体——AS-hepc2基因和AS-hepc6基因为研究对象,较深入的分析了这两个基因变体在黑鲷多器官、组织中的表达特性,并通过原核表达系统表达重组蛋白,分析其抗菌谱和抗菌活性,为阐明黑鲷hepcidin不同基因变体的生物学意义、深入研究鱼类hepcidin的非特异性免疫机制奠定基础。同时,建立的表达和纯化重组hepcidin抗菌肽的方法,可为将来开发利用海水养殖鱼类抗菌肽,研制新型的可替代抗生素的有效抗耐药性细菌药物或饲料免疫添加剂等提供科学依据。通过研究工作获得...Hepcidin is a cysteine-rich antimicrobial peptide and putative iron hormone previously described in mice and humans.
