原发性闭角型青光眼(primaryangle-closureglaucoma，PACG)是我国最常见的不可逆致盲眼病。其主要是由于瞳孔阻滞或非瞳孔阻滞等多机制，引起房水运行异常，眼压升高，导致闭角型青光眼的发作。研究PACG人眼房水循环系统，对于进一步明确PACG发病机理和促进临床治疗手段的提高具有重要意义。 本文主要运用生物数学仿真的方法，依照从数学建模、计算机建模到系统辨识的科学研究路线，建立起适用于两种主要PACG病理研究的人眼房水循环系统，其目的使得我们可以观察、分析和预测PACG病发过程中眼压与房水运行的相关状态。这有助于制定PACG诊断标准和治疗方案的设计等方面的应用，具有一定的...Primary angle-closure glaucoma, PACG, is the most common irreversible cause of blindness.
