目的:观察苯扎氯氨对兔角膜急性毒性作用并探讨其机制。方法：按照局部点眼的方法，分别给兔滴用不同浓度的苯扎氯氨（0.01%、0.05%和0.10%），每天两次，连续4天。对侧未治疗眼做为对照。裂隙灯显微镜及泪液分泌实验（Scherimer’s）观察其眼表及泪膜变化。共焦显微镜观察活体角膜各层细胞结构变化。观察角膜MUC5AC、ZO-1表达及分布情况，结合荧光渗透试验（CF）了解其对角膜内皮屏障结构及功能的影响。结果：裂隙灯显微镜及Scherimer’s实验未发现泪膜及角、结膜改变；角膜切片HE检查见角膜各层细胞排列整齐，未见明显炎症改变；共焦显微镜检查发现角膜上皮细胞层数增多、表层细胞横径缩小、...Object: To invest the acute toxicity effect and analyze the mechanism of Benzalkonium Chloride on rabbits’ cornea.
