Study on degradation characteristic of Dyeing Wastewater by a Combined Anaerobic-aerobic Membrane Bioreactor Process

Abstract

本文采用自行设计的A/OMBR实验装置处理模拟印染废水,研究其对生物难降解型偶氮染料、蒽醌染料、酞菁染料模拟印染废水的降解特性;在不同进水染料浓度、pH等条件下系统考察厌氧与好氧污泥对COD、色度的去除特性,同时对MBR的膜污染特性以及膜清洗方法进行初步研究。自行设计A/OMBR实验装置,改良了控制系统。装置采用上流式厌氧柱和厌氧槽,浸没式膜生物反应器作为主要处理工序。控制系统采用由继电器、液位控制器等元件所构成自动控制装置,监控A/O膜生物反应器组合工艺的运行状态,将MBR的进水、出水、液控、曝气和反冲洗5个系统进行联动控制和时间控制。经过长时间的运转证明,可实现膜生物反应器的连续、稳定和无...The biodegradation behaviors of synthetic dyeing wastewater, containing azo, anthraquinone and phthalocyanine, were investigated by using an anaerobic/aerobic membrane bioreactor (A/O MBR).
