Chimerism Environment Suppress Donor-Reactive Memory T Cell and Induce Donor Specific Tolerance

Abstract

目的:通过骨髓移植形成嵌合环境是目前诱导供者特异性耐受最有希望的方法之一。然而,预处理的强毒性以及供体反应性记忆性T细胞(Donor-reactivememoryTcells,Tm)等因素阻碍了其临床应用。本试验拟采用一种低毒有效的方案,通过诱导嵌合形成供者特异性心脏移植耐受。进一步观察这种嵌合耐受环境能否抑制供者反应性Tm介导的排斥反应,并探讨其可能的作用机制。 方法:本研究用供者特异性输注(Donorspecifictransfusion,DST)和anti-CD154单克隆抗体结合骨髓细胞输注(Bonemarrowtransplantation,BMTx)的治疗方法(DST/aCD15...Aim:Inducing stable chimerism provides a possible pathway to achieve donor-specific tolerance.
