Study on HMW-PAH metabolic mechanism in Novosphingobium pentaromativorans US6-1 isolated from marine environment

Abstract

多环芳烃是一类在环境中有广泛分布的有机化学污染物,具有“三致”(致畸、致突变、致癌),通过食物链的传递会对生态环境和人体健康造成极大危害。微生物的降解与转化是消除PAHs污染的有效方式。研究降解菌的遗传控制、探索代谢途径、解析相关酶系和功能基因,从而构建基因工程菌株用于污染环境的生物修复是当前的研究热点。 本论文对一株从Ulsan海湾(韩国)沉积物中筛选到的高效PAHs降解菌NovosphingobiumpentaromativoransUS6-1对菲、芘和苯并芘(三环至五环PAH)降解特性、差异表达蛋白质组、关键酶基因表达等方面进行了较为系统的研究,获得的主要结果如下: 1.GC-MS结...Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) are one class of organic pollutants, widely distributed in the environment.
