肝脏是人体重要的消化器官，肝脏疾病直接影响到人的健康和生存。不同模态的图像所反映的病理信息也多有不同，融合不同模态的图像可以更丰富地掌握病人组织或器官的综合信息，从而做出准确的诊断或制订出合适的治疗方案。这首先要求把各个图像对齐，即图像配准。 本课题主要研究的是基于肝脏CT-MR序列图像的配准。由于肝脏CT与MR图像信息差异大，现有的配准方法难以取得满意的效果。因此，需要结合图像本身的特点，开展有针对性的研究。 首先，本文对CT和MR图像进行了预处理。在图像重采样过程中，采用了一种基于非刚性形变配准的插值算法，实现了断层间体素的插值。应用该算法获得的新插值的图像更好的显示了从一幅原始层图像...Liver is an important digestive organ in human body, which keeps direct relation to people's health and survival.
