Method Development for Determination of Trace Organochlorine and Pyretheroid Pesticides in Marine Environmental Samples

Abstract

摘要 有机氯和拟除虫菊酯是陆地农业生产活动中大量使用的农药。虽然已经被禁止使用,但残留在环境中的农药通过大气沉降、河流输送、生物利用等过程传输、迁移至海洋环境,进而危害海洋生态系统。近岸及河口区的沉积物、水体、生物体、悬浮颗粒物等是陆源输入农药的受体,农药在各相态间迁移、转化、分配等过程的研究是海洋地球化学、环境地球化学、环境化学等学科重要地研究内容,也是海洋水产品食用安全性研究的关键。针对海洋环境样品中有机氯、拟除虫菊酯农药残留分析方法缺乏的现状,本文研究并建立了典型海洋环境样品¾沉积物、海洋生物体、近岸及河口水体中有机氯、拟除虫菊酯农药残留的测定方法,并应用于实际样品分...ABSTRACT Organochlorine and pyrethroids pesticides were wildly used in farming activities in last years.
