熔断器由于其结构简单、工作可靠等优点而广泛应用于电力电子系统中。本文运用计算机辅助工程技术对低压管状无填料熔断器的工作特性进行分析,并进行优化设计。本文采用大型通用有限元软件ANSYS,用参数化命令流方式编程,通过布尔操作塑造实体模型,可根据需要修改模型的材料属性、尺寸以及熔体结构,以模拟不同型号的熔断器;接着采用网格扫掠、自由划分、合并等各种网格生成控制方法,将实体模型离散化为合理的有限元模型,以进行下一步有限元求解分析。在所建立的熔断器有限元模型的基础上,本文针对熔断器的各种环境和条件,综合考虑了熔体生热、相变、熔断、环境温度、对流条件及电流大小形式等因素的影响,提出适当的初始条件和边界条...Fuses are widely used in many fields since they are simple to construct and perform well in protecting electric circuits.
