Anti-inflammatory effect of OEA,a PPAR-α agonist,in HUVECs

Abstract

研究背景:在我国,随着生活水平提高和人口老龄化,心脑血管疾病发病率呈逐年上升趋势,并且患病年龄趋于年轻化,有关动脉粥样硬化药物的研究也成为药物研究的热点。TNF-α是一类具有广泛影响的有效促炎症性细胞因子,存在于AS的损伤部位,介导和放大了许多相互作用,导致炎症进展、斑块不稳定和促血栓形成倾向。本课题组先前的研究TNF-α诱导的内皮细胞粘附分子ICAM及VCAM的mRNA及蛋白表达都有明显升高,而OEA高、中、低剂量均可使其有不同程度的下降。探讨OEA对TNF-α导致的血管内皮细胞的炎症损伤的保护作用,有利于进一步阐明OEA的抗动脉粥样硬化中炎症的作用。 目的:本论文的目的在于论证油酰乙醇胺...Background: In China, with the standard of living and an aging population, the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases were increasing, and younger tend to suffer from the atherosclerosis and drug research on AS has become a focus of pharmaceutical research.
