An Intelligent Fluid Discharge Control System for Oil-Well Fracture

Abstract

油井压裂是石油生产中采取的一种增产措施。压裂后放喷也叫压裂液返排,是压裂施工后所必须经过的一个环节。实践表明,返排程序不合理,会导致支撑剂回流,出现吐砂情况,影响压裂效果。多年来,支撑剂的回流一直是人们所关心的问题,对此也提出了多种方法,总的共识就是要有规律地控制返排速度。而目前仅依靠人工经验控制返排速度,难以实现连续有规律的放喷。 本文根据以上实际情况设计了一套用于油井放喷的智能监测与控制系统,使压裂液能够按照一定的流量规律返排,避免人工控制返排速度中带来的诸如压力激动、吐砂等弊端。该系统以计算机作为人机交换工具,实现各种参数的设置;以PLC作为现场控制设备,实现压力与流量参数的采集,并控...The oil well fracture is used to improve oil production in the oil industry.
