Study on a Micro-fabricated Ultrasonic knife and Its Piezoelectric Driving Power

Abstract

超声手术刀是20世纪90年代后在生物医学领域新兴的一种手术器械,而MEMS技术在超声手术刀制造中的引入,又促使其向高精度、微体积、多功能、低成本的方向进一步发展。本文以国家863计划所支持的“基于MEMS技术的微型超声手术刀”项目课题为背景,对其薄片变幅杆刀体进行了理论推导与分析,并构建了其整体等效网络模型,最后完成了其压电驱动电源的设计与实现。论文的主要贡献与具体创新点主要如下: 1.首次对三角型与指数型复合薄片变幅杆进行了理论推导,得出了表征其特性的各种重要函数与方程,并在此基础上结合样品的尺寸参数进行了分析、优化与测试。分析测试结果表明:薄片变幅杆与其压电振片从波节面处结合时具有最佳的...Ultrasonic knife is a new kind of surgical instrument which was developed in the late 1990s.
