Abstract

摘要 研究背景 动脉粥样硬化是一种动脉壁慢性炎症性疾病,其中含有apo-B脂蛋白颗粒在动脉壁的潴留和修饰是动脉粥样硬化发病机制特征之一,而分泌型磷脂酶A2-IIA(secretoryphospholipaseA2ofgroupIIA,sPLA2-IIA)可水解磷酸卵磷脂的2位酯键,sPLA2-IIA修饰的LDL与蛋白聚糖的亲和力增加,促进脂蛋白潴留,其水解后生成的游离脂肪酸和溶血磷脂,可产生重要的信号分子或进一步成为炎性介质,从而改变内皮细胞、平滑肌细胞、巨噬细胞的功能和特性,促动脉粥样硬化的发生发展。目前研究已表明血清升高的sPLA2-IIA是造成AS的独立的危险因素,但是其致动脉粥样硬...Abstract Background: Inflammation plays a role in the pathogenesis of cardiovascular disease.
