Study on System of Microbial Hydrogen Production

Abstract

利用微生物将自然界中极为丰富的生物质降解为糖类物质,再转化为氢或乙醇等能源物质,对缓解人类目前所面临的能源危机,降低环境污染,实现经济的可持续发展战略等有重要的意义.本研究利用纤维素降解菌株灰绿曲霉(Aspergillusglaucus)XC9将秸秆(稻草粉)降解成糖类物质,并利用产氢微生物产酸克雷伯氏菌(Klebsiellaoxytoca)HP1,将其转化成氢,实现秸秆的综合利用;以曲霉所形成的菌丝球吸附并固定产氢细菌进行连续流产氢,建立了一种适用于连续流制氢过程中产氢细菌截留的新方法;改进了小试规模制曲工艺,在新工艺条件下,曲料一般只需经过56h的培养,所获得的曲CMC(羧甲基纤维素)酶活...Biomass can be degraded by microbe into sugar which can subsequently be converted into bioenergy such as hydrogen or ethanol.
