Abstract

海兔(Aplysia)归属于腹足纲软体动物,它是开展分子神经生物学研究的经典模式之一。相对而言,海兔神经系统不仅简单且细胞分子尺寸大,而且适合于采用常规细胞生物学技术进行形态学与细胞生物学研究。近十几年来,在神经分子生物学研究领域中所获得部分突破性研究成果均取材于海兔或其它软体动物的中枢神经系统(centralnervoussystem,CNS)。深入开展海兔CNS功能蛋白质和神经多肽(neuropeptide,NP)结构与功能的研究可能有助于理解和阐明人及高等动物神经系统的活动规律和调控机制;例如:记忆形成、神经性生理调控和神经系统疾病起因等。本论文选用蓝斑背肛海兔(Notarcusleac...Aplysia is a kind of mollusk animal belonging to gastropod class.
