Study on the fibrosis mechanism of communicating hydrocephalus induced following intra-ventricular kaolin injection in adult rats and the effect of anti-fibrosis therapy with the pHGF

Abstract

目的:研究交通性脑积水大鼠模型纤维化发生机制以及pHGF抗脑积水纤维化作用。 方法:雄性SD大鼠(250±10g),随机分成4组:生理盐水对照组,脑积水组,阴性干预对照组(生理盐水干预)和pHGF干预组,每组15只。脑积水组采用侧脑室注射3%高岭土混悬液制备交通性脑积水模型;对照组给予生理盐水注射;pHGF干预组:3%高岭土混悬注射后同时给予pHGF微渗透泵(pHGF浓度40mg/ml)干预;阴性干预对照组:3%高岭土混悬注射后给予生理盐水微渗透泵。10天后对4组分别进行Morris水迷宫实验,第15天行MRI检测,然后收集脑脊液,处死动物,收集脑组织标本,行HE、免疫组化、Elisa和RT...Purpose:This study attempted to investigate the mechanism of the fibrosis of communicating hydrocephalus induced following intra-ventricular kaolin injection in adult rats and the effect of anti-fibrosis therapy with the pHGF.
