Studies on Differentially Expressed Protein and Gene under Simulated Acid Rain and Mechanism of Calcium in Enhancing the Tolerance to Acid Rain in Arabidopsis thaliana

Abstract

酸雨已经成为世界十大环境问题之一。我国是继欧洲、北美之后,在世界上出现的第三大酸雨区。研究酸雨影响植物生长机制及探讨如何提高植物应对酸雨的抵抗能力对生态保护及农业生产具有重要的现实意义。目前,相关的研究报道主要是从生理水平上探讨酸雨对植物的影响,而在蛋白质及基因水平上的研究还鲜见报道。本文以模式植物拟南芥(Arabidopsisthaliana)为材料,应用蛋白组学、转录组学并结合生理指标测定等,从差异蛋白质及差异基因表达的分子水平上探讨酸雨胁迫下植物响应情况。主要取得以下初步结果: (1)通过双向电泳(2-DE)结合质谱的方法研究了拟南芥对模拟酸雨的响应,分析了在酸雨处理下拟南芥的蛋白表达...Acid rain has become one of the world’s top ten environmental issues.
