天然产物是药物的重要来源。从植物内生真菌的次级代谢产物中，可以分离到许多结构新颖，生物活性多样的化合物。因此，药用植物内生真菌的研究，是发现新药的有效的发展途径。 本论文于2005年至2006年不同的季节，从药用植物番荔枝的叶、枝条、树皮和根部中共分离到131株番荔枝内生真菌。 以抗菌模型，抗肿瘤模型，抗氧化活性模型，抗卤虫模型，胰蛋白酶抑制模型和乙酰胆碱酯酶抑制模型对上述番荔枝内生真菌的发酵提取物进行活性筛选。生物活性测定结果显示，供测菌株中有71株具有一种或者几种生物学活性。其中，56株对5种指示菌显示出一种或者几种的抗菌活性，占供测菌株的42.8%；33株显示出对Raji、HepG2...The nature products were the important sourse of the medicine.
