Brain structural changes in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease: multiple MRI studies

Abstract

目的 慢性阻塞性肺病(chronicobstructivepulmonarydisease,COPD)以不完全可逆的气流受限为特征,可造成脑部供氧不足,导致脑细胞损伤。本研究利用基于磁共振成像的多种分析方法,探讨COPD患者脑灰质和白质的变化,为理解COPD患者生理和心理变化提供理论依据,并为临床治疗提供依据。 材料和方法 1.研究对象 自2009年12月到2011年10月在中山医院收集的25例稳定期慢性阻塞性肺病患者作为研究对象。社会招募的25例与患者组年龄、性别及教育程度等匹配的志愿者作为对照组。 2.研究方法 所有被试在磁共振扫描前都进行一系列的认知测试、心肺功能和血气分析等...Objectives The irreversible airflow limitation characterized by chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) causes a decrease in the oxygen supply to the brain, and thus may result in the damages in the brain cells.
