Abstract

热休克蛋白是细胞受热等因素刺激后诱导产生的蛋白质,是在生物进化中高度保守的蛋白质分子家族,广泛存在于从原核到真核各种生物细胞内,后来研究证明热休克蛋白在正常生理条件下亦表达并起重要作用,其作为分子伴侣参与未折叠新生多肽链、多蛋白复合物的组装和跨膜运输、转位、蛋白质降解,细胞内蛋白质合成后的加工等一系列生物活动,保护细胞生存。 Hsp70是热休克蛋白家族中最重要的一员,其诱导性显著,合成量较多。Hsp70功能发挥可能依赖ATP的结合、ATP-ADP的转换或Hsp70的自身磷酸化所引起构象的变化,进而引起的底物结合和释放。Hsp70蛋白家族具有一个共同的三级结构:N端高度保守ATPase功能域和...Heat shock proteins (HSPs), also called stress proteins, are a group of proteins highly conserved in all cells, which are induced when a cell undergoes various types of environmental stresses like heat, cold and oxygen deprivation.
