盐度对泌盐和非泌盐红树植物信使物质影响的比较研究

Abstract

本文以典型的泌盐红树植物桐花树(Aegicerascorniculatum)和非泌盐红树植物秋茄(Kandeliacandel)或木榄(Bruguieragymnorrhiza)为材料,通过气体交换分析技术、原生质体分离、荧光探针导入及放射性同位素等手段和方法,研究不同盐度对两类红树植物光合速率、蒸腾速率及细胞信号物质如过氧化氢(H2O2)含量、胞内自由钙离子浓度(Ca2+i)及环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)含量的影响,主要实验结果如下: 1 盐度对秋茄胚轴的出叶率及胚轴的总根长影响较大,都是10‰盐度处最大,而对出根总数及出根率几乎没什么影响。 2 盐度不同培养天数对秋茄和桐花树幼苗光合速率的影...The salt-secreting mangrove, Aegiceras corniculatum and non-salt-secreting mangrove, Kandelia candel or Bruguiera gymnorrhiza were cultivated in sand with various salinities (0‰,10‰,20‰,30‰,40‰, 50‰).
