Abstract

恶性肿瘤的侵袭性生长及其转移依赖于血管新生(angiogenesis),抗肿瘤血管生成已经成为肿瘤治疗的新策略,肿瘤血管新生是肿瘤发展与治疗的研究的热点之一。 神经生长导向因子(NeuralGuidanceMolecules)主要有Netrin,Ephrin,Semaphorin和Slit四大家族,不仅在神经系统发育过程中参与轴突生长的导向控制,而且在血管系统的正确布线(wiring)中发挥着重要的作用。一系列实验证实,一些神经生长导向因子能够影响肿瘤细胞增殖、粘附、迁移、集落形成以及肿瘤血管新生。但是,对多数神经生长导向因子在这方面的作用,目前尚不十分明了,缺乏系统性的研究。 我们利用荧...Tumor vascularization brings about dramatically increase of tumor growth, representing poor prognosis and low survival rate.
