摘要 本文通过土培试验方法研究不同浓度Cd胁迫对桐花树(Aegicerascorniculatum)幼苗的生长、生理特性及土壤酶活性的影响,从可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖、淀粉、脯氨酸、抗氧化酶系统、MDA等方面对红树植物生理特性的变化进行了系统的研究,进一步探讨了红树植物抗重金属生理生态学适应机制,并探讨了Cd胁迫下湿地土壤酶活性的变化以及Cd在红树幼苗中的迁移规律: 1.盆栽土培条件下,胁迫4个月,低浓度Cd胁迫(0.5mg·kg-1)对桐花树幼苗生长无明显伤害现象,甚至促进生长,表现在幼苗株高、植株鲜重均显著高于对照;随Cd浓度增加至50mg·kg-1,抑制了幼苗正常生长,生物量下降,根长显...Abstract The soil-cultivated Aegiceras corniculatum seedlings were treated with various contents of Cd, and the effects on the physiological properties and the soil enzyme activities were measured.
