纤维素类物质是地球上最为丰富的可再生资源.将纤维素物质转化为酒精和氢等生物能源,对解决人类目前所面临的能源短缺与环境污染等问题有重要意义.纤维素物质高效利用的关键是纤维素的降解,而生物降解是一种重要的降解途径.目前在纤维素物质利用中存在的突出问题是产纤维素酶菌株的活性不高,因此,选育具有高产纤维素酶活的菌株是高效利用纤维素类物质的关键.本研究以灰绿曲霉XC9为出发菌株,采用EMS、紫外线与LiCl复合诱变处理,获得了几株产酶活性明显提高的突变株.突变株表现了一定的抗葡萄糖阻遏的特性,外部形态相对于出发菌株,也发生了较大的变化.其中突变株EU7-22活性最高,CMC酶活为出发菌株的2倍.突变株E...Cellulose is the most abundant and renewable resource in the world.
